CRSP (Colorado Refugee Services Program) ELA Instructor

The CRSP ELA Instructor will instruct for our adult refugee ELA program. The instructor is responsible for the teaching of four classes as well as assisting with additional academic activities and general administrative duties as assigned. Our program depends on the instructor’s ability to guide our students and classes in a cohesive and consistent manner in order to help grow the department and keep performance, attendance rates, and morale high. A large percentage of our students have never attended school before and many are pre-literate in their native languages. As such, our instructors must be highly patient, empathetic, linguistically flexible, and well organized.

Bookkeeper

We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to maintain financial records for our well-established non-profit organization in Denver, including maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable, deposits, disbursements, journal entries, and assistance with the monthly close process. Bookkeeper job duties also include working closely with our Accounting team to create financial reports; candidates must be familiar with the QB Desktop accounting software package.

Comal Lead Specialist

This position is responsible for the administrative support of the day-to-day operations of Comal Heritage Food Incubator and works closely with the Senior Manager and team. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: Coordinating program and curriculum support, operational support for Front-of-House Lead including point of sale coordination, filing receipts for accounting, coordinating repairs and maintenance to the property, providing updates on revenue and expenses, and other operational needs as they arise.

PT Front of House Specialist – Cashier

The Comal Part-Time Front of House (FOH) Specialist (Cashier) will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, friendly, and healthy dining area for guests and the Comal program participants in alignment with public health regulations and industry best practices. The FOH specialist will work with Focus Points participants, who typically come from immigrant, refugee, low-income, and other diverse backgrounds.
