Skills-based hiring is a human resources practice, which offers new and productive methods for companies to improve clarity and execution in their hiring and retention goals. 76% of employees placed after our program are retained over the first 6 months.
Last year, 42 community members secured employment through our program resources, support, and connection to the Focus Points employer partner network.
Our team offered 3 Skillful Talent Series facilitations, engaging over 25 hiring managers and HR professionals from 7 various companies.
Our placements score an average 4.8/5 Employee Satisfaction Rating with employer partners.
