COVID-19 Causes Focus Points and Comal Heritage Food Incubator Closure

In response to the rapidly evolving COVID-19 crisis and exercising an abundance of caution, Focus Points offices will be closed from Monday, March 16 to Friday, March 27th. The following programs will be suspended during this period: *Adult Education and GED *Early Childhood and School Readiness Programs: Parents As Teachers (PAT) and Home Instruction for Parents with Preschool Youngsters (HIPPY) *Early Childhood Education *Workforce Development *Family and Community Development Programs Staff will work remotely during this period and be in constant communication with managers, directors and executive leadership. Additionally, our Social Enterprise restaurant, Comal Heritage Food Incubator, will also close from Monday, March 16, to Friday, March 27th, to ensure the safety of staff, participants and Comal’s devoted customers. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 crisis and provide guidance as necessary as information from Government and Health and Safety authorities becomes available.
